Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event

In order to receive the pre-paid price of $20 for members/$30 for non-members/$15 for law students, you MUST pre-pay with your credit card on the website BY THE RSVP DEADLINE. DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS. If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay an additional $5 by check or cash at the door ($25 members/$35 non-members/$20 law students). If you cancel after the registration deadline, or do not show up for a luncheon meeting for which you have registered, and you have not paid, you will be billed at the "at the door" price. We pay for the number of meals we guarantee so we must bill you.

Cancellation Policy:

If you prepay for the luncheon meeting and cancel after the registration deadline of NOON on the Monday before the luncheon meeting, we cannot provide refunds. Reservations that are not prepaid by the registration deadline, and are either cancelled after the registration deadline or “no shows,” will be billed at the at-the-door price. We are required to guarantee the number of meals to the University Club, and we pay for those meals even if you must cancel after the registration deadline.

here IS such a thing as a free lunch, at least for guests of current AWLA members!

Do you know someone you think should be a part of AWLA? Invite them to go with you to an upcoming monthly AWLA lunch meeting, at no cost to you! In order to participate, you need to contact Paige Martin at (480) 429-4827 or Paige.Martin@kutakrock.com to request that your guest be added to the reservation list for the next luncheon. Please provide the guest's full name and email address. There are limits on availability so don’t delay and make sure you make your request a few days prior to the luncheon RSVP deadline.

Guests are permitted to attend one luncheon for free. Former AWLA members do not qualify for the free luncheon.
