Jim Fassold is an AV-rated partner at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in Phoenix, Arizona. His practice emphasizes probate and trust litigation and administration, elder law, and mediation. Long interested in concepts of time management as well as Western and Eastern philosophy, Jim was concerned with the stress, lack of direction, and general unhappiness he saw in many of his colleagues. He and his wife, Alisa Gray (AWLA member), own a consulting firm, Gray Matters Seminars, and give seminars to lawyers and other professionals on the principles of high-quality work, life balance, and personal fulfillment. Jim is a Certified Meditation Instructor and integrates mindfulness techniques into his seminars and consulting work.

In order to receive the pre-paid luncheon price of $20 for members/$30 for non-members/$15 for law students, you MUST pre-pay with your credit card on the website BY THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS. If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay an additional $5 by check or cash at the door ($25 members/$35 non-members/$20 law students). If you cancel after the registration deadline, or do not show up for a luncheon for which you have registered, and you have not paid, you will be billed at the "at the door" price. We pay for the number of meals we guarantee so we must bill you.
