Lynda C. Shely, of The Shely Firm, PC, Scottsdale, Arizona, provides ethics advice to over 1400 law firms in Arizona and the District of Columbia.  Lynda is a former president of the Scottsdale Bar and the national Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.  She currently serves on several State Bar Committees, the ABA Ethics Committee, the ABA Working Group on Lawyer Wellness, and as a member of the ABA House of Delegates.  Prior to opening her own firm, she was the Director of Lawyer Ethics for the State Bar of Arizona.  Before moving to Arizona, Lynda was an intellectual property/antitrust associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius in Washington, DC.  She has been an adjunct professor at all three Arizona law schools, teaching professional responsibility and recently had the opportunity to testify before Congress regarding the regulation of lawyer advertising.  She is a recipient of the AWLA-Maricopa Chapter's Ruth V. McGregor Award.

In order to receive the pre-paid luncheon price of $25 for members/$35 for non-members/$15 for law student members and $20 for law student non-members, you MUST pre-pay with your credit card on the website BY THE RSVP DEADLINE. DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS. If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay an additional $5 by check or cash at the door ($30 members/$40 non-members/$20 law student members and $25 law student non-members). If you cancel after the registration deadline, or do not show up for a luncheon for which you have registered, and you have not paid, you will be billed at the "at the door" price. We pay for the number of meals we guarantee so we must bill you.
