Registration is required before Friday, August 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM
Payment in Full In Advance Or At Event
In order to receive the pre-paid luncheon prices, you MUST pre-pay with your credit card on the website BY THE RSVP DEADLINE. DO NOT MAIL IN CHECKS.
If you make a reservation but do not pay on the website with your credit card, you must pay the total cost plus an additional $5 by check or cash at the door. Please see prices on the website.
If you cancel after the registration deadline, or do not show up for a luncheon for which you have registered and you have not paid, you will be billed at the "at the door" price. We pay for the number of meals we guarantee so we must collect the money from you.
Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, August 21, 2026 at 12:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
We do not give refunds, but a member can receive a credit IF you prepay for the luncheon meeting and cancel BEFORE the registration deadline. After the registration deadline of NOON on the Friday before the luncheon meeting, we cannot provide you with a credit. We order the meals after the registration deadline, and we pay for those meals even if you must cancel after the registration deadline.
