Shari and Mark have seen the good, the bad and the ugly.  They will offer tips on the effective representation of your clients during mediation of disputes involving family law, probate, elder law, and civil law cases.

Shari M. Capra has over thirty-five years of mediation and legal experience in the areas of family and probate law.  Ms. Capra now concentrates her energies in the field of private mediation, where she has worked with couples going through the marital dissolution process, parents wishing to develop parenting plans, families seeking assistance with school and residential placements or healthcare arrangements for a child or family member with special needs, and coaching people on how to communicate with each other regarding difficult topics, such as caring for a family member with physical or mental challenges.  Learn more about Shari at Shari M. The Hon. Mark Aceto (ret.) served as a Superior Court Judge in Maricopa County from 1995 to 2015.  Mark presided over civil calendars for nine and a half years.  Beginning in 2006, he served for two years as the Presiding Judge of the Civil Department.  Mark retired from the bench in 2015.  He now offers mediation and other alternative dispute resolution services.  He is also called on from time to time to serve as a discovery master.
