Registration cancellations will be accepted until Friday, April 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM
Cancellation Policy:
We cannot provide a refund for cancellations. You will receive a credit to be used at a future AWLA event, IF YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE REGISTRATION DEADLINE. In the alternative, you may send someone in your place. Members can send members, or pay the difference to send non-members, in their place. Non-members may send members or non-members, but no credit will be provided if a member is sent. Contact awla.execadmin@gmail.com to arrange to send someone in your place. PAYMENT IS REQUIRED WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF REGISTRATION.

About this event
We will have one valet only for those who have a mobility issues or a physical disability. There is plenty of parking in the lot.
Each attendee will receive 2 drink tickets for alcoholic beverages. No additional alcohol will be sold due to Club rules. There will also be non-alcoholic beverages available.
